I hold private and small group breathwork sessions via Zoom, weaving together breathwork, somatic awareness, and intuitive energy healing.
In each 75–90 minute session, you’ll be supported in releasing emotional blocks, calming your nervous system, and reconnecting with your true self.
Whether you join individually or in a semi-private setting, sessions are personalized and deeply held, creating a safe space for real transformation.
