Mia’s journey in wellness began as a competitive All American Gymnast, evolving into a dedicated yoga practice. After receiving her yoga certification from Centerpoint Studios in New York City, she taught at various locations, including NBC Universal and Exhale Spa. At Exhale, Mia discovered a transformative blend of fitness, wellness, and hospitality, which ignited her passion for a mindfully driven lifestyle. She played a key role in Exhale’s expansion and the Hyatt acquisition. In 2017, Mia founded Firefly Wellness and Fitness, a concierge wellness brand offering accessible, curated experiences like yoga, meditation, sound baths, and spa days. Firefly serves luxury residential buildings, hotels, and private clubs, focusing on cultivating mindful communities. Mia’s vision centers on fostering self-awareness and human connection through wellness practices, believing that personal discovery leads to meaningful relationships with others.
