Her journey began in fashion, graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, but her calling led her into deeper spiritual service—first for herself, and now for women all over the world.

She’s held space as a Nike Well Collective Instructor and at the Omega Institute, where she supports guests from around the world in returning home to themselves.
