I’m Jenni, a certified breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping people break free from stress, anxiety, trauma, and self-limiting beliefs.
My path to healing began after years in high-pressure careers in banking, mortgages, and design, which left me battling chronic illness, anxiety, and depression. In 2019, I discovered breathwork and holistic healing, which led me to reclaim my health and reconnect with my true self.
I am certified in Healing Breathwork with David Elliott, Reiki I and II, Meditation Teacher Training with The Veda Den, and Kundalini Activation through The Temple of KA. I’m also completing an 800-hour trauma-focused Breathwork for Recovery training, deepening my ability to support nervous system healing, emotional release, and personal transformation.
Today, I guide clients both in-person and virtually through breathwork journeys woven with somatic awareness and energy work. My approach is intuitive, heart-centered, and trauma-aware—supporting you in regulating your nervous system, reconnecting with your body, and meeting yourself with honesty and care.
My sessions are more than just breathwork—they’re a space to unravel what’s been held inside for too long. I guide clients through a powerful blend of breathwork, energy healing, and somatic awareness to help them release emotional weight, calm their nervous system, and reconnect with their true self.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling disconnected, this work invites you back to your body and inner knowing.
