Introduction, intention setting, active breathework and integration.

A Somatic Release Breathwork™ session with Julia Zern is a transformative 90-minute journey of healing and self-discovery. Lying down with eyes closed, you’ll engage in guided breath patterns designed to release stored trauma, stress, and tension. Through co-regulation of the nervous system, Julia helps you access deep subconscious healing and gain profound personal insights.

These sessions take place in a group setting of max 15 ppl to keep the integrity of the work.
