Rachel Gossett is a Body Freedom Coach, certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Intuitive Reiki Master dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to self-healing. Through a compassionate blend of breathwork, intuitive reiki, somatic healing, mentoring, and coaching, she creates a safe and supportive space for clients to transform their relationship with their bodies, release deep-rooted patterns, and step into their authentic selves.

If you’ve been living with the heavy weight of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, or a fractured relationship with your body, know this: you are not broken, and you are not alone.
Through the powerful modality of circular connected breathwork, we’ll gently release stuck emotions, process deep-rooted fears, and calm an overactive nervous system. Breathwork offers a safe pathway to let go of tension and come back to your body with compassion.
Using the gentle yet profound energy of Usui Reiki, we’ll work to balance your energy centers, reduce anxiety, and invite a sense of calm and clarity into your healing process. Reiki supports you in feeling grounded, safe, and held.
Our bodies carry our stories. Together, we’ll use somatic techniques to gently explore how emotions and past experiences are stored in your body. These practices help rebuild trust with your physical self and foster a sense of safety in your skin.
Each session will be tailored to your unique journey. With intuitive insights, I’ll guide you through actionable steps, reflective exercises, and empowering practices to support your growth beyond our sessions.
Healing doesn’t stop when our sessions end. You’ll have access to ongoing support and guidance through Telegram, where you can share your wins, struggles, and reflections in a safe and supportive space.
