Nicole is a board-certified Physician Associate with over 15 years of clinical practice, and 20+ years in healthcare.
A honors graduate of prestigious Albany Medical College, she also brings unique expertise from her background as a clinical laboratory scientist, and work in the international medical care realm.
Her distinguished career includes performing heart and lung transplants at Mayo Clinic and serving as Director of Robotic Surgical Services at a Northwell Hospital in lower New York. She has aso served as a flight surgeon and consulting asset for a geographically diverse U.S. Army MEDEVAC unit, and as clinical faculty at a local osteopathic medical school.
Committed to evidence-based practice and the Hippocratic oath, Nicole is a dedicated patient advocate.
Beyond her medical practice, she’s a mother of three who channels her passion for helping others through international medical missions. An adventurer at heart, she enjoys, hiking, skydiving, white water, rafting, and global travel.

As part of my commitment to personalized, root cause care, I offer access to advanced specialty laboratory testing that is not typically available through traditional laboratories or healthcare centers. These tests provide deeper insight into things such as hormonal, balance, nutrient status, gut health, inflammation, metabolic function, and more. Helping us create highly targeted, data driven wellness plans to your individual needs.
I also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible pending Accounts (FSA). While my practice is primarily fee for service, patients can often use their insurance for non-specialty laboratory testing, imaging and many other diagnostics. This blended approach helps keep care accessible, while allowing for a truly customized experience. Super Bills and CMS-1500 are available upon request for insurance reimbursement.
