Visión general

This program is short and sweet.  Perfect for those who want to experience a taste of coaching or might not be ready to commit to a longer-term experience.  This is also good for those who have a smaller goal they want to get started on.

 

  • Initial session – 60 minutes.  We get clear on your vision and goal, and come up with a gameplan to start getting you there.

  • 2 x 45 minute follow-up calls where we talk progress and address roadblocks.

Having overcome autoimmune conditions, she understands nutrition’s transformative power and helps clients identify the root causes of health issues, driven by a passion to share her knowledge and support others’ wellness journeys.
