This refreshing, nutrient-packed green smoothie is my go to easy and quick morning drink. I believe it’s the perfect way to start your day and cleanse your system.This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that help to flush toxins, hydrate the body, and improve overall skin health. It’s a great way to gently support your body’s natural detox processes while preparing for the season ahead!
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Fresh Spinach or Kale.
Rich in chlorophyll to help alkalize and detoxify the body.
1/2 Cucumber.
Hydrating and cooling.
1 Small Green Apple.
Detoxifying and one adds a touch of sweetness.
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds.
Geat source of omega-3s and fiber.
1/4 of on Avocado.
I use a tiny sliver to give the smoothie thickness, but you don’t want to overdo the avocado.
1 Cup Coconut Water or Filtered Water.
Hydrating and helps flush toxins.
Plus 1/2 Cup of Water

INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy the refreshing
burst of green energy!
