What is Reflexology?

Ingham further refined the practice in the 1930s and 1940s, mapping the entire body onto the feet and hands and coining the term “reflexology”.

Sessions typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, and clients often report feeling relaxed or even falling asleep during the treatment.
