If this is our first session, we will review any surveys I previously sent to help determine what you want to work towards. We will define 3-4 goals together and understand why these are important to you.
If this is a regular coaching session, we will check in to see how any “homework” or time in between sessions felt, open the session for that day’s chosen goal, and begin to explore. We will design a new “action item” or homework for the upcoming time between our next session.
