Virtual Training

The Art of Embodied Teaching offers a transformative yoga teacher training that deepens practitioners’ understanding of themselves and their teaching approach. This virtual, mentorship-based program focuses on slow, embodied practice, empowering yoga creatives to develop unique teaching styles. Participants will cultivate space-holding skills, refine personal language and cueing, and create meaningful student experiences while simultaneously exploring their own practice’s depth and authenticity.

Mary Beth LaRue is a Colorado-based yoga teacher and creator of “Embodied by MB,” offering virtual classes and teacher training. Her soulful approach emphasizes slow flow yoga and embodiment, guiding students to navigate life’s uncertainties through mindful movement and self-discovery. Living on a mountaintop with her family and two bulldogs, she embodies her practice of intentional, creative living.
