Janis Parisi Luby, a certified personal trainer, triathlon coach, and Pilates instructor, trained under Master Pilates instructor David Englund. Previously an elementary school teacher and Northwestern University tri-athlete coach, she opened her studio in 2008. Janis values teaching and Pilates’ transformative benefits, adjusting workouts to clients’ needs with precision and compassion. Nationally recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance, she empowers clients to succeed regardless of their challenges
